Each morning begins with golden light rising over the bay as we move and breathe together surrounded by panoramic views of sea and sky. This immersive retreat experience weaves together dynamic inspired flows, grounding pranayama, and guided meditations to awaken inner awareness. In the evenings, we’ll drop into stillness with restorative, yin and yoga nidra, inviting deep rest and integration.
Our time together also includes a specialty asana workshop to explore alignment and expand your personal practice, as well as thoughtful conversations around living your yoga off the mat. Between sessions, soak in the spa’s saltwater pool, hike ancient paths with stunning sea views, or simply unwind with a book by the poolside.

LOCATION
Aegialis Hotel & Spa is a luxurious resort nestled on the serene island of Amorgos, Greece. Overlooking the crystal-clear Aegean Sea and the charming bay of Aegiali, this elegant retreat combines traditional Cycladic architecture with modern comforts. There are several options to arrive to Amorgos as you can travel with a direct ferry or high-speed vessel from Athens, Paros, Naxos, Mykonos, and Santorini, that all feature an airport which has direct flights and connections with major cities across the world during summer.
If you choose to fly to Athens and travel from the port of Piraeus to Amorgos, you can either embark on a Blue Star ferry (approximate travel duration: 8 hours) or a high-speed vessel (approximate travel duration: 6 hours). Kindly check the available ferries, for both ports of Amorgos (Aegiali and Katapola) at www.bluestarferries.com or www.openseas.gr
If you choose to travel from Santorini, you will embark on a high-speed vessel that will bring you to Amorgos in 1.5-2 hours. These ferries arrive to and depart from the Katapola port in Amorgos and you can find the available itineraries at www.seajets.com
Naxos is 2-3 hours away from Amorgos depending on the vessel – you can find the available itineraries for both ports of Amorgos (Aegiali and Katapola) and Naxos at www.openseas.gr
ACCOMODATIONS

The Junior Suite includes a spacious bedroom & sitting area which can be transformed to two separate rooms and host a couple and up to 2 adults at two folded bunk bed. The bathroom consists of three separate sections, double shower and a steam room. The veranda with amazing sea views, has a shaded outdoor sitting area with a full size bed, rest chairs and a TV.
