As a former competitive gymnast, Andrea developed a strong understanding of body mechanics at an early age. Her life took a transformative turn when she was diagnosed with severe scoliosis, leading her to discover yoga as a powerful path to healing. Originally from Uruguay, she moved to the U.S. in 2003 on a Fulbright Scholarship to pursue graduate studies.
